Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. She was previously a candidate for the US Senate, as well as a television presenter for MSNBC. She was also frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising, along with Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would leave the show in May 2021 to start Breaking Points, a new independent venture with Krystal and Saagar. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast with Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared on various networks' programs, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball married Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball attributes her interest in politics due to the fact that she became a mother during the 2008 primary elections, and also was able to observe the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She observed how it affected people in that country and thereby gained an appreciation of the global impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was nominated by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District during the election of 2010. However, she lost to Rob Wittman. She was the host of The Cycle, a MSNBC TV show that she hosted from June 2012 to August 2015. She founded the People's House Project in May 2017 to help Democratic causes.
